Mô tả công việc

Assist in running all activities of HR & Admin Department by managing and coordinating with other departments in organization.
HR tasks
Checking attendance, proceeding monthly payroll tasks (timesheet, leaves, etc.),
Being care of recruitment section as searching and screening CVs, arranging the interviews, on-off boarding of employee.
Participating in organizing internal events and HR projects.
Doing monthly/quarterly/yearly PIT, Social Insurance, Labor reports.
Managing and assigning tasks to drivers, cleaners.
Admin tasks
Making travel arrangements.
Providing expat support such as visa application, TRC, driven license, dining reservation and business trips.
Taking care of office operations to ensure the office operates smoothly. This includes facilities management, fixed asset control & inventory, office cleaning & inspection and office fit out & renovation.
Perform other tasks assigned by Project Deputy Director and HR Manager.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

Good command of English.

Bachelor degree
Organized, Integrity, can do attitude
Female, at least 4 years of experiences in the same position
Expertise of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point...)
