Mô tả công việc

Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities, including preparing new hire paperwork and assisting with employee orientation sessions.
Process employee status changes, such aspromotions, transfers, and terminations, and update HR databases accordingly.
Maintain employeerecords, including personnelfiles, HR databases, and electronic records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist with the recruitment processby posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Assist with benefitsadministration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries from employees.
Handle HR-related inquiriesfrom employees and external parties,providing timely and accurate informationor escalating as needed.
Prepare HR-related reportsand documents, such as attendance records, performance evaluations, and HR metrics.
Assist with employee relationsactivities, including organizing employee events, managing employee recognition programs, and addressing employee concerns.
Take meetingminutes as requiredduring specific meetings.
Support arranging guest visitor’s visa / work permit applications for expat employees, hotel accommodations, travel bookings, etc.
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with other management staff, employees and the general public.
Support HR projectsand initiatives, such as policydevelopment, training programs,and HR process improvements.
Perform other administrative tasks and dutiesas assigned by the HR Director.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

Previous experience in an HR administrative role or relatedposition is desirable. Experience using HR softwaresystems such as Basevn or similar is desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Prefer candidates who have experienced with Base platform.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Knowledge of HR processes, Vietnamlabor law, and best practicesis a plus.
Bachelor's degree inHuman Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workloadeffectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skillsand attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent English communication is desirable.
Familiar with online forms such as Google and Microsoft.
Team player with a positive friendly attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new digital trends.
