Our company is new company, therefore we need a person setup HR system.
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Manager who will be responsible for leading all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with local labor laws. The successful candidate will work closely with the management team to support the company’s strategic objectives and ensure a positive and productive working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding.
• Oversee performance management and employee development programs.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Provide coaching and support to managers on HR-related matters.
• Handle employee relations issues and manage disciplinary processes.
• Plan and organize staff engagement and wellness activities.
