People Experience Advisor (~HRBP Specialist/ HR Generalist).
Scope mostly in L&D, Employee Relations, Employees Engagement activities. More details:
• Be responsible for the local execution of operational HR activities in plant.
• Provide meaningful advice and guidance including but not limited to legislative requirements, performance management, employee development, remuneration, benefits, people service & processes.
• To be the key point to contact employees, partner with People Lead, People Manager to promote self-service culture.
• Be a proactive agent to deploy end-to-end capabilities building programs & activities that accelerate consumer-centric growth and operational excellence.
• Develop engagement events and activities to enhance people experience on site.
• Be responsible for delivering HR projects and initiatives to enhance HR system, people services & processes.
