Mô tả công việc

1. Strategic HR Planning and partnering
Partner with business units to integrate people strategies with overall SABECO strategies.
Collaborate with regional and local HR teams to develop and implement HR strategies, initiatives aligned with business goals.
Analyze regional workforce trends, competition, and industry benchmarks to inform HR initiatives and consult stakeholders.
Work closely with leaders team and employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity and retention.
2. Talent Acquisition and Onboarding
Support recruitment efforts by partnering with hiring managers and talent acquisition team to attract, select, and onboard top talents.
Develop and maintain relationships with local partners, recruitment agencies, and industry networks.
Stay informed about local market trends to provide recommendations on salary and benefits adjustments.
Partner with Project teams to ensure the offered packages are competitive and equitable compensation practices.
3. Employee Relations:
Act as a mediator in conflict resolution, ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines from SABECO to breweries and subsidiaries.
Conduct investigations and provide guidance on employee relations matters, fostering a positive work environment.
Facilitate change management processes during organization transformations.
4. Performance Management
Execute and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, calibration and development plans.
Provide guidance to managers, stakeholders on addressing performance issues and recognizing high-performing employees.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and skill development to enhance employee capabilities.
Advise managers and leaders to develop their team members through career pathing.
