Mô tả công việc

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Human Resource & Administration at NAM GROUP. The role involves overseeing HR - Admin management, implementing HR- Admin policies, managing labor and employment law compliance, and handling employee relations on a daily basis.
Establish performance expectations, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback to employees.
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
Oversee HR administrative functions, including payroll processing, recordkeeping, and compliance with employment laws.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by managing employee relations, addressing concerns, and resolving conflicts.
Recruit, select, and hire qualified candidates for all positions within the company.
Identify training needs, develop and deliver training programs, and support employee professional development.
Manage general administrative tasks, such as office management, facilities maintenance, and procurement.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees and management.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR management software and systems.
Additional Skills (Preferred)
Knowledge of property management software.
Experience in real estate administration or operations.
English skill.
