OBJECTIVES
1. Managing and implementing job in charge of Human Resources and Administration to support Company’s sustainable growth.
MAIN TASK:
1. Human Resources
- Building and carrying out annual training plans, talent retention program required by department and by company.
- Handling matters related to Human Resources such as monthly salary, employee resignation, labor contract termination, job promotion, discipline, etc.
- Implementing all related labor law and company policy such as: reports on labor, social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, employee rights and responsibilities, etc.
- Setting up precisely and effective human resource processes
- Working with departments to build proactive recruitment plans to ensure work force enough and qualified all the time.
- Working with all departments to build KPIs and bonus policy fit to each department and company as well.
- Preparing and managing well the Human Resources annual budget
- Planning and managing seasonal, annual employee performance evaluation
2. Admin task
- Managing use of vehicles, stationery, tools, office supplies, etc.
- General management of administrative work in the office.

- Other tasks as line manager’s requirement
