Mô tả công việc

Job Summary:
Coordinate with relevant departments effectively to optimize supply chain costs;
Ensure goods are delivered on time with cost efficiency;
Responsibilities for the purchasing process, and timely supply of goods to the system;
Provide documents to related departments on time.
Key Tasks:
Follow up shipments, and update shipping schedule if any changes;
Receive purchase requisitions (PRs) from the planning team. Place new purchase orders (POs) based on PRs. Coordinate, and process POs promptly to ensure continuous supply to the warehouse, and make sure goods are delivered by suppliers on time;
Responsibility for solving related imported goods issues: broken, loss, damage ...Provide full import documents to associated departments;
Preparing sales contracts, ensuring compliance with international commercial law regulations;
Monitor and analyze the purchase price of imported items and consult relevant parties at all times to ensure cost optimization;
Work with the accounting team on the payment. Work closely with custom broker agent/forwarder all perspectives of the import process to ensure the shipping schedule and continuous supply for the whole system;
Get initiative in searching for new freight forwarders, update new customs regulations and well manage the database of import items;
Prepare monthly reports and other reports as required;
Support warehouse team on packing label, Vietnamese label, shelf life of goods;
Follow-up certification of food safety. Assist internal and external audits as needed;
Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

Key Requirements:
Education:
University degree major (or higher level) in International payment, International Economics, Foreign Trade, Import-Export, Logistics, or related fields.
Work experiences:
At least 01 year of working experience in Import (Food).
F&B & Retail sectors are referred.
Knowledge/ Skills/ Personalities:
Ethical and transparent in dealing with vendors & the company;
Ability to handle tasks independently;
Detail-oriented, hardworking, results-oriented, initiative-taking, honesty and integrity;
Good negotiation skill; Good at number & Excel;
In-depth knowledge of the quick-service restaurant industry is a plus;
Strong organization and management skills;
Good interpersonal & English skills (written & verbal).
