Indonesian Interpreter - Base In Indonesia

We are seeking a professional Indonesian Interpreter to support our company's back office operations. The ideal candidate will be capable of providing accurate and effective interpretation between Vietnam language and Indonesian, with primary responsibilities related to internal documents and office communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Document Interpretation:
Translate internal documents from Vietnam language to Indonesian and vice versa, including reports, contracts, process guidelines, and other materials.
Ensure the quality and accuracy of translations.
Internal Communication Interpretation:
Interpret during meetings, seminars, and internal discussions between departments using Indonesian
Assist in communication and coordination between departments and units within the company.
Document Preparation and Handling:
Manage, store, and organize translation documents in a systematic and accessible manner.
Ensure all translated documents are up-to-date and comply with company procedures.
Support for Special Projects:
Provide interpretation support for special projects and company events as needed.
Perform other interpretation-related tasks as required by management.
