Infra Avaya Unified Communication Support (Onsite)

Act as Unified Communication Support engineer, the position is responsible for implementing and maintaining the Avaya Unified Communication.
Oversee the entire project/product development process – from start to delivery.
Manage and delivery Avaya Unified Communication implementation ontime.
Prepare technical project document for Avaya Unified Communication system.
Fulfil End user MACD request within Committed Timeline.
Participate in workshops, meetings, discussions.
Performs analysis and diagnosis of Complex Voice Networking problems.
Managing vendor’s activities.
Managing all incident and troubleshooting Avaya Unified Communication system
Support End user enquiry.
