Follow-up Works process #Work with Factory to push up the materials delivery plan and update to site admin
Planning #Make milestone schedule for Installation and Maintenance team. The milestone schedule includes the preparation, installation, T/C, inspection, H/O plan and maintenance plan
Update FIR in Notion & follow-up with solution
Work with relevant Parties on site to solve issues
Check Project situation at site directly
Document control #Prepare project documents & related documents (Company profile, employees, subcontractors, installation acceptance, handover minutes, safety certificate, license etc...) for new projects
Subcontractor Contract #Draft the contract base on the demand of two party
Support Site Admins to complete documents as requested by the Project
Coordinate to departments to collect information to make the milestone plan
Negotiate the contract base on the standard condition.
Make contract check –list and report if any changed condition compare to the standard
Final the contract after negotiation
Get the approval by upload RFA
Seek & Select the Suppliers suitable with Company’s demand (Find supplier, collect quotation, deal with supplier, make PO etc. ...)
Make RFA & IOC in system for buying Materials during the installation
Payment #Make payment document to subcontractors, suppliers, etc...
Coordinate to local legal to review the contract
Purchasing #Be in charge of buying materials for Installation Team
Make payment document for all the expenses relating to Installation Team (biz trip, advance payment, clear payment, etc....)
Make Reports according to the request by HCM & Factory
Others #Update Installation & Subcontractors Payment Status report weekly & monthly
Other tasks assigned by direct manager

Bachelor’s degree with related major;
Good communication skills in English;
Good at Microsoft Office skills

At least 2 years working experience in related position;
