Interior Designer (Using Autodesk Revit)

1. Design guideline principle
Follow and update design guidelines to meet franchisor standards and local needs.
Create a system to check and maintain design standards for all business units.
2. Initial Feasibility Design
Create layout plans for potential sites.
Join site surveys and make reports on existing layouts and space analysis.
Develop feasibility plans for new sites or properties.
3. Concept and develop the drawing
Work with internal teams to review and update designs.
Create design documents from concept to construction (concept design, 2D, 3D).
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to produce construction documents (IT, Marketing, MEP, Firefighting).
4. BOQ preparation
Manage the approved design package for tender processing.
Recommend materials that meet specifications.
Work with Site Supervisors to prepare BOQs, ensuring all necessary elements are included.
Manage design changes during tendering and construction.
Build and maintain a BOQ template with standard specifications.
Keep updated on trends, materials, and techniques in interior design.
5. Project coordinator
Store all drawings properly in both hard copy and digital formats.
Ensure designs are correctly built and adapt to any on-site changes.
Participate in all project phases, from feasibility to tender and construction follow-up.

Proficiency Autodesk is a must
Bachelor of Architecture degree or Interior Design
Knowledge or 3D Max would be a plus
Proficiency of Auto cad, Sketchup and Photoshop
Be able to read, write and listen in English (Must have)
Good with time management, competent on producing and reading construction drawings
Advantage for those who understand well the Design Process, Construction Process
Good knowledge of local procedures and market for supplies
Confident in taking a brief from design concepts to construction documentation
