Mô tả công việc
• Drive revenue through prospecting potential business in both OEM & OBM models.
• Gain a clear understanding of project’s inquiries, commercial background and customers/retailers’ expectations.
• Generate leads and OEM inquiries, define the approach for the overall sale of new business and account retention.
• Brainstorming with the business development team to create project strategies. Take responsibility to monitor projects topline & profitable.
• OBM market benchmarking and gather intelligence to have suitable approach for solid development.
• Manage daily operations of new leads/new customers/distributors to ensure excellence execution. Own plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s short-term/long-term goals.
• Liaise internally to optimize quality of service, business growth and customers satisfaction.
• Assess the new business performance within respective markets then provide feedback to improve and enhance business effectiveness.
• Coordinate with Finance, R&D, Supply chain & Marketing team properly Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.
• Manage team budgets and expenses effectively within the assigned customers and markets.
• Always representing the company in a professional manner with customers & stakeholders.
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders by using key account metrics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers or internally and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
*** Working conditions:
1. Workplace: 08 Phan Dinh Giot, Ward 2, Tan Binh dist., HCMC & Sales Market
2. Working hour: 08:30- 18:00 (Monday - Friday)
