Mô tả công việc

Resolving issues of inventory and shipments with business partners of the company
Liaising with other departments to optimize the quality as well as the efficiency of digital marketing
Researching and proposing solutions to leverage customer experience
Assisting international customers with orders and after-sale services via email, chat, and social media channels
Providing guidance and advice for customers about products, nutrition and wellness as trained by the company
Performing other related duties as assigned

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

Advanced English level, proficiency in written and spoken English (at least 7.0 IELTS overall or equivalent)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good self-study skills and adaptability
Willingness to broaden knowledge, especially about digital marketing
Receptiveness, honesty, patience
Good office computer skills
Experience in customer services or e-Commerce related jobs is preferable
