1. Dealer Management - Existing Dealer
- OP Simulation for Export shipment
- Checking payment from Dealers
- Analyse market situation by SAT, SCM, Market tour, PAR, Market visit, competitor analysis, etc
- Production Scheduling with Logistics Part
- Offer New SKU to Dealers
- Set up Sales strategy and plan for direct countries
- Visit Dealer's countries
. Dealer's salesmen training, promotion, distribution & display contest, ect
- Claim damaged product (dealer & factory) (if have)
2. Dealer Management - New Dealer
- Introduction of our company / products
- Finding New Dealers in the market
- Send samples
- Offer / Nogotiate Price with Dealers
- Meeting with Dealers by Online or Offline
- Making the contract with Dealers
3. New Market Research
- Find New countries not enter
- Study the country's overall information
. Population / Economy / Confectionary market, etc
- Co-operate finding information of potential countries
- Suggest potential countries to Marketing Section for sales
- Set up the strategy of Sales activity
4. New Product Development
- Suggest brand / flavor to develop to R&D
- Sending 'Monthly News Letter' to Dealer to introduce new product
- Geting feedback of New Products from Dealers
- Checking Competitor's Price in the market
- Hosting NPD meeting with Dealers
5. Planing
- Making Report by request from Leaders
- Set up Yearly NPD Plan
- Annual AOP discussion with Dealers (A&P Cost)
- Manage Monthly Sales & OP for Direct countries
- KPI: set & review (1st half, 2nd half)
6. Other duties as assigned
