We are looking for an International Sales Executive who will be responsible for:
• Promoting products and building the brand on social media platforms and international plastic industry B2B e-commerce platforms.
• Searching for and exploiting potential customers and partners through email marketing, social media, and industry-specific B2B websites.
• Providing customer support and product consultation, negotiating and signing contracts, and implementing customer care initiatives.
• Closing debts and expediting debt recovery.
• Supporting internal company activities.
• Performing tasks as required by the Board of Directors and senior management.

Quyền lợi được hưởng
• Base Salary:
o Fresher: 7-9M VND (Candidates with potential and qualities will be selected and trained if they lack experience.)
o Sales with >6 months export sales experience: 9-12M VND
o Sales with experience in selling plastic additives: 12-15M VND
• Sales bonus up to 50,000,000 VND and unlimited potential.
• First customer bonus: movie ticket/gym/swimming membership.
• New customer bonus: 1,000,000 VND/container.
• Annual company trip.
• Internal training programs/training at PTI.
• Participation in networking and sharing sessions with other International Sales Executives within the company system.
• Bonuses/gifts for holidays and special occasions (New Year, International Women's Day, National Day, Children's Day, Mid-Autumn Festival, Vietnamese Women's Day, birthdays, etc.)
• Regular salary adjustments in January each year according to company policy.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng
• Age: 21 to 30 years old.
• Serious and long-term commitment to a sales career.
• Good English reading, comprehension, and communication skills.
• Specialized knowledge in import-export/trade, international finance.
• Good health and ability to travel abroad for trade shows and international market development.
• Computer skills: Proficient in Office, Canva, CapCut, and information search skills.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and in a team.
• Experience: Preferably candidates with 6 months of international sales experience/Sales Logs.
