KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Primary accountabilities:
- Drive the annual growth of sales revenue and profitability of these accounts; ensure healthy retail P&L per accounts
- Maintain & develop good business relationship with all multiband/mono brand partners
- Giving contribution as expected by the management in developing business with key accounts
- Establishment of effective communication channels throughout the sales team and customer service
- Negotiate and reinforce the trade terms
- New partners development
2. Secondary accountabilities:
- Overall responsibility for assigned partners
- Actively participate in the establishment of business strategy in achieving annual target
- Ensure partners compliance with trade agreements
- Monitor and report partners and competitors’ activities and propose/initiate/take actions
- Other tasks under assignment of company
