Job Descriptions:
• Perform Window system administration including system setup and backup, software installation, patch upgrades, system monitoring.
• Provide on-site and remote IT support for workstations, LAN and WAN connectivity, and end-user applications.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and maintain supporting documentation.
• Work on ad hoc projects assigned by regional IT.
• Manage IT asset inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Follow company IT standards and security policies.
• Liaise with external IT vendors.
