Mô tả công việc

I. Job Summary
The job holder is responsible for managing an application system support team and ensure applications (mainly for credit card business) in the organization is at good status to support Business Units. In addition, he/she also work closely with other relevant IT teams to do continuously application enhancement and maintain smoothly operation from time to time.
II. Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Enterprise application system monitoring and support
Support applications to ensure timely fix when having issue.
Co-work with other stakeholders with effective communication to find out possibility for improvement, analyze business needs and propose corresponding system solutions.
Support compliance upgrade for application system.
Monitor and do health check to ensure core applications are in good status.
Effectively management all application supporting tickets
Continuously update knowledge on the company business processes and system workflows, biz insight and industry trend.
Give valuable recommendations and seek for possible solutions on cost and time manner to ensure applications are timely up-to-date (with new framework, security patch,...) and cooperate with IT operation to make sure application system is upgraded smoothly.
2. Application system quality assurance
Ensure quality assurance for applications delivered by vendor.
Proactively assist users on testing systems/applications and follow up with timely delivery.
3. Team management and project management
Manage projects related to the application in scope effectively
Train up team members with good service mindset and can-do attitude
Effectively manage application system support team
May lead other ICT projects per assignment to meet division goal.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

1. Qualification
• University Degree majored in Information Technology
2. Work Experience
• Minimum
05 years supporting Credit card core system
with at least 3 years as management role
• Minimum
03 years working experience in
Software development/Business analysis (BA) cum Application .
• Have working experience in project management.
• Experience on PL/SQL development.
3. Knowledge
• Rich experience on credit card business and credit card system
• Have Knowledge on Finance or Banking in general is a plus
• Have Knowledge on programing languages, software development process and life cycle.
• Have knowledge on ITIL framework and process is a plus.
• Have knowledge on IT security and compliance
4. Skills
• Good leadership skill for effective Team management
• Good at project management.
• Able to communicate effectively with different stake holders.
