Reporting line: Manager, IT Security & Asset Management
Function: IT | Department: IT Security & Asset Management
Role: Individual Contributor
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle daily request of User about IT asset.
- Administrate IT asset control records, IT inventory system. Conduct periodic IT Inventory count.
- Monitor maintenance contract, prepare purchasing request to buy IT goods for stock.
- Work with finance and other departments to update status of IT asset.
- Process IT asset requirements of Users, manage IT asset stock.
- Perform other responsibilities & duties assigned by CTO, IT Governance, Principal in order to meet business requirements.
