Mô tả công việc
- Support UAT in system (prepare data, run batch, check issue before transferring to developer to check or fix, verify data before sending to user to check...).
- Support month-end payment (check commission, incentive data with user if having any different result between user and system to help user finish payment on time).
- Work with users to analyze and clarify user requirements and write FRS document, discuss with developer to estimate implementation timeline on system.
- Set up scheme for new product of all channels in system.
- Set up new structure and scheme for all channels in system.
- Support production issue (if any).
