IT Project Manager Japanese (N2,N1) - 4 Years Exp

Manage the project following Agile Scrum process.
Work with the customer to define project scope and objectives.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
Manage team members' work progress and performance. Assign tasks to empower and encourage the team member to develop personal skills, and abilities.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget to customer’s satisfaction.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Proactive in suggesting initiatives to improve the working process and the team's performance
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.

Attractive salary package (14 - 15 months salary per year): Base Salary (1500 - 2000$) + Quarterly Project Bonus

At least 4 years of experience in software project management.
Good Japanese written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work up, down and across organizational levels (N2 or N1)
Proven leadership skills, ability to prioritize, communicate clearly, a consistent track record of Project, and an obsession about the customer experience.
Ability to interact with executives, clients, managers, subject matter experts, and product owners.
Detail-orientation, with strong organizational skills, able to work under deadlines in a changing environment, and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
A flexible nature, good sense of humor, the ability to establish strong working relationships, and enjoy being part of a team of like-minded individuals.
Good communication skills and work ethic
