Tokyo Tech Lab Vietnam is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales person with 3+ years of experience in the Software market to join our team. This role is ideal for middle to senior-level professionals who are passionate about technology, sales and eager to expand our business across key international markets, including EU, US, APAC. If you thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment, both global & domestic markets, this position offers you the chance to make a significant impact

Business development:
Actively seek out and explore new market opportunities global and Vietnam. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities in these regions.
Customer acquisition/ Market data analyst:
Independently source and gather data on potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in companies that need IT services and solutions.
Sales strategy:
Discuss Sale Strategies, Plans frequently with management and collaborate closely with the leadership team.
Pitching, Reporting:
Preparing materials, reports and presentations that support Sales activities.
Contracts management:
Participate in contract negotiations, contract management and fees.
Others:
Building and Grow Sales team.

Work schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8-hour workdays, from 9.00am.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

Experience:
At least 3+ years of experience in B2B IT Sales (ITO sales experience is preferred) and/or market development;
Communication skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Fluent in business English is a must as we target clients globally. Other languages are an advantage.
Energy and drive:
High energy and passion for sales, with a proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards achieving targets.
Market knowledge:
Understanding of IT Software industries across different regions, including Vietnam domestic market, EU, US, APAC. Knowledge and/or experience in the Japan / Korea market is a big advantage.
Self-Starter:
Ability to independently identify and source data on potential clients and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
Organizational skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
