OVERVIEW
The IT Helpdesk Technician is responsible for providing first-level technical support to end-users within the organization.
This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, responding to user inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support end-users remotely or onsite with:
● Hardware, Services and applications setup for enterprise users.
● Manage systems and process requests, troubleshoot software/hardware issues on user devices.
● Ensure all IT systems and staff are compliant with security requirements as outlined in the
Shuttlerock IT Policies.
● Facilitate the distribution and retrieval of IT assets to employees.
● Support IT asset inventory management.
● Increase IT security awareness and culture within the organization through training and
regular staff communications.
