Mô tả công việc
- Troubleshoot incidents, update information, andrestore/deliver IT service requests within Operational Level - Agreements/Service Level Agreements, following ITSM best practices.
- Monitoring and updating CMDB to ensure IT inventoryaccuracy and up-to-date.
- Lead a team of IT support staffs to provide IT servicesto end-users at TTI's factories in Dau Giay, Dong Nai and other locations when required.
- Collaborate with other IT department, users and vendorsto ensure optimal performance and security of IT systems and devices.
- Complying and contributing to IT policies, standards, SOPand guidelines.
- Manage and monitor IT assets and software license management.
- Provide training and guidance to users on IT policies andbest practices, promoting knowledge sharing culture.
- Participate in and contribute to IT-related projects andinitiatives, in alignment with the goals and objectives of the organization.
- Compliance with Conversation, Feedback and Recognitions(CFRs) method to build up company’s culture.
- Evaluating, presenting and discussing with line manager on Objective and Key Results (OKRs)/KPI method in a regular basis.
- Research and offer in-dept technical solutions forcomplex problems or projects.
- Perform ad-hoc support as assigned
