Junior Accounting Analyst Officer

Daily processing credit card transactions into system;
Weekly Accounting tasks such as prepare quality of earning report, opening balance sheet report, joint venture distribution calculation report, online revenue reconciliation report, operating cash matching report;
Daily conducting the invoice processing workflow;
Other accounting tasks required by the clients;
Preparing Excel documents for further analysis;
Quarterly Accounting task such as inventory counting process (night shift) and AR conversion;
Other ad-hoc tasks from management.

Can perform basic function on MS Excel
Fresh graduate major in Accounting and/or less than one year of working experience in Accounting
Has knowledge of accounting principles and functions
Good English communication skills, especially writing and reading
Familiar with US accounting standards is a big plus.
