Junior Graphic Designer

Richard Moore Associates, a marketing communication company specializing in brand image development, seeks a Graphic Designer to work in a team environment on advertising campaign projects and pitches.
Responsibilities:
20% - Ideation. Visualize ideas into an appealing presentation deck;
70% - Graphic Design - Support the Creative Director in working with the business team to get a debrief of clients, visual objectives, and other requirements about key messages and branding strategy (format and style, material supply, brand insights, guidelines, and targeted audiences) using design brief form;
10% - Other related tasks may be caused upon request.
To work within the scheduling/budgetary framework of projects assigned; To estimate and establish creative and production budgets when requested.

A bachelor’s degree from a design university such as Industrial Art University, Fine Arts University, Architecture University...
Proficient in Graphic software like Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign... on Mac OS.
1 years of experience;
Creative thinking and conceptual ability;
Knowledge in drawing Story Board, TVC script, Sketch, After effect, Video Editing, UI/UX is a plus;
Knowledge of current trends in graphic design and understanding of digital marketing channels is preferred;
Detail-oriented, proactive, independent, and able to work under pressure and late working attitude if possible.
Priority will be given to candidates who can read, understand, and communicate in English.
