Mô tả công việc

- Responsible for the execution to deliver Business KPIs for the assigned customers (WinCommerce & BHX)
+ execute Joint Business Plans, T2T, Trade Term tracking and follow-up Customer Credit management.
+ daily monitoring of customer's performance against defined KPIs (sales out, inventory level, order placement on-time, promotion allocation, etc);
+ the Channel Category plans and providing feedback from the company to the customer.
+ support to implement activities assigned to recruit and retain shoppers/consumers, forecasting, promotion planning, pricing strategies, new product listing, new store open, new launches/innovations, assortment management, and post evaluation.
- Coordinate with the customers to ensure consistency and compliance in the company's programs, activities, events, etc. at the supermarket/ stores.
- Collaborate with MT Operations to ensure the execution of in-store merchandising, display (main-shelf, off-shelf display), POSM & activation activities in assigned customers.
- Develop relationship with customer at store level.
