Mô tả công việc

As a Key Account Manager, you will manage and grow our most strategic client relationships, reporting directly to the Deputy General Manager based overseas. In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building strong, consultative partnerships
• Develop deep understanding of client business objectives, challenges, and needs
• Create and execute tailored account plans to drive revenue growth, client satisfaction, and retention
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions that address client requirements
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to identify new opportunities and expand business
• Provide regular updates on account performance and act as an advocate for client interests
• Contribute to the development of the key account management strategy and best practices
• Direct report to Deputy General Manager in Hong Kong Head Office.
* Candidate with less experience will be considered entry as executive grade and opportunity to be promoted to management level in future.
