Mô tả công việc

As a Key Account Executive, you will manage and grow our most strategic client relationships, reporting directly to the Deputy General Manager based overseas. In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
Develop deep understanding of client business objectives, challenges, and needs
Create and execute tailored account plans to drive revenue growth, client satisfaction, and retention
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions that address client requirements
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to identify new opportunities and expand business
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building strong, consultative partnerships
Provide regular updates on account performance and act as an advocate for client interests
Contribute to the development of the key account management strategy and best practices
Direct report to Deputy General Manger in Hong Kong Head Office
Candidate with less experience will be considered entry as executive grade and opportunity to be promoted to management level in future.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

5+ years of experience in a key account management or senior sales role, preferably in a plastics industry
Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term, strategic client relationships
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering or equivalent
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Proficient in using CRM and data analysis tools to track and report on account performance
Excellent English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels
Work under pressure.
