1. Strategy development channel (open new customers):
** Develop channel strategy in MT Channe (Drugstore: PMC, An Khang,Long Chau, M&B: Concung, H&B: Hasaki, Waston,..) l in line with BOD expectation to identify Source of growth, potentiality of market to ensure healthy growth and profit:
- Strategy to open new channels for company, especially the channel related to Healthcare & Beauty supplement.
- Monthly sales and promotion plan develop which in line to company target.
- Trade Consumer promotion planning.
2. Account Business Management:
- Manage the relationship between the company and accounts.
- Manage & negotiate annual trading term with feasible all investment must be in condition and well documented.
- Manage customer partnership.
- Advised for BOD the strategy & way of management each account.
3. Internal management & Customer Relationship building:
- Ensure the sale target to hit with the aligned plan.
- Report monthly/ weekly to BOD & external partners to ensure stuffs are on the right track.
- Manage operations with fast adaptation.
