JOB SUMMARY:
The purpose of this position is to grow and build sustainable development in assigned customers and territories. Working closely with internal & external stakeholders to build good business relationships, and operations excellence to deliver the value and volume target.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive strategies for modern trade operations.
• Operational Execution: Oversee all aspects of operational execution for modern trade channels, including stock & inventory management, merchandising, programs execution, and logistics.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure the successful execution of operational activities.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in modern trade operations.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies in all modern trade operations, and identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with store managers to assist in the development of long-term PRVN partnerships, customer satisfaction and add value to customers to help build PRVN business.
• Build and maintain interdepartmental relationships to ensure smooth cooperation and effective internal quality across departments & units.
