Mô tả công việc
• Set up route plan of assigned customers with effective frequency and strictly follow up with detail working plan submitted to KA AM / KAM on monthly basis
• Execute proper BCP on daily call and record data on handheld as process
• Regularly schedule meeting with key decision maker / influencer of KA customers so that KAE can understand better of customer operation, strenghten the relationship and capture useful information
• Responsible for the preparation and presentation, monthly report to RKAM, promotion report (evaluation of promotional activities, report on Account’s performance upon on requests precisely & timely)
• Be able to propose trade program and engagement activities tailored by types of customers
• Monitor the shipment order, delivery plan and credit management according to negotiation with KA key stakeholders
• Weekly & Monthly meeting with RKAM on volume sales plan and inventory management of assigned customers
• Be responsible for all trade communication, visibility with customers
• Ensure the KPIs achievement (Distribution, Visibility) vs. monthly target setting with proper execution at KA outlets. Promptly work with RKAM and other colleagues in cross-function to ensure new launch, trade activities available at stores as brand cycle
• Manage the contract terms and other activities related to contract management
• Regularly collect the trade information and competitor activities to company and timely feedback on quality of trade program outcomes deployed at KA stores
• Be able to share insights of market dynamics and competitor approaches so that KAE can preempt and actively propose game plan to win at first hand
• Support RKAM in other assignments
