Kỹ sư sản xuất làm việc trong 4 nhóm
We need production engineers in 4 major processes or functions:
1. Kỹ sư nấu thép: 3-4 NV
Fernace: 3-4 vacancies
2. Kỹ sư xử lý cát: 2-3 NV
Sand Treatment: 2-3 vacancies
3. Kỹ sư thao tác máy móc lõi cát và robot: 2-3 NV
Sand Core with Robot: 2-3 vacancies
4. Kỹ sư bảo trì điện: 1-2 NV
Electronic engineer for equipment maintenance: 1-2 vacacies
• Tiếp nhận quy trình sản xuất và tiêu chuẩn sản phẩm từ khu vực sản xuất Trung Quốc, chuyển đổi thành tiêu chuẩn tại nhà máy Việt Nam.
Receive production processes and product standards from Chinese manufacturing department and convert them into standards at Vietnamese factories.
• Đánh giá dự án quy trình sản xuất đã giới thiệu, thiết lập quy trình sản xuất tối ưu tại Nhà máy Việt Nam.
Evaluate introduced production process project, establish optimal production process in Vietnam Factory.
• Quản lý công nhân, thiết bị, vật tư và SOP của từng bộ phận trong Nhà máy đúc nhằm đạt được năng suất, chất lượng và hiệu quả tốt nhất.
Managing workers, equipment, materials and SOP of each sectors of Casting plant, in order to achieve the best capacity, quality and efficiency.
• Phụ trách triển khai và khai phát quy trình sản xuất cho sản phẩm mới, đồng thời thực hiện kiểm tra quy trình sản xuất nhằm đảm bảo sự ổn định cho việc sản xuất sản phẩm mới phù hợp các tiêu chuẩn liên quan.
Responsible for implementing and developing production processes for new products, and conducting production process checks to ensure the stability of new product production in accordance with relevant standards

• Kiểm tra định kỳ các thông số quan trọng của thiết bị quy trình sản xuất và thực hiện bảo trì định kỳ và giải quyết sự cố
Periodic testing of critical parameters of production process equipment and carry out the periodically maintenance and problem solving
• Duy trì cải thiện quy trình sản xuất hiện có.
Maintain and improve existing manufacturing processes.
• Cải thiện và xử lý các tình huống bất thường trong quy trình sản xuất.
Improve and handle abnormal situations in the production process.
• Tiếp nhận việc soạn thảo, dịch thuật và bảo trì các tài liệu kỹ thuật từ khu vực sản xuất Trung Quốc.
Take over the drafting, translation and maintenance of technical documents from the Chinese manufacturing area.
• Phụ trách phân tích, giám sát, cải thiện sản lượng và tỷ lệ sản phẩm đạt yêu cầu hàng ngày.
Responsible for analyzing, monitoring, improving daily output and product quality.
• Triển khai kế hoạch đào tạo liên quan đến quy trình sản xuất.
Implement training plans related to manufacturing processes.
Điều kiện đào tạo tại nước ngoài:
Conditions for trainees:
• Được công ty cho đào tạo tại nhà máy liên kết Trung Quốc 03- 06 tháng
Received 3-6 months training in Affiliated China factory
• Được hỗ trợ mọi chi phí visa, đi lại, sinh hoạt, nơi ở và các loại bảo hiểm sức khỏe
All visa, traveling, living, accommodation and health insurance costs will be covered.
• Được hỗ trợ chi phí về thăm gia đình trong quá trình học tập 3 tháng 1 lần
Return home country every 3 months.
• Công ty có thêm phụ cấp đối với ứng viên có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Trung (từ trình độ HSK4 trở lên)
The company will provide additional allowances for candidates who can communicate in Chinese fluently (HSK 4 grade above).
• Dựa trên đánh giá kết quả đào tạo và đo lường năng lực sau khóa học, ứng viên sẽ được bố trí vào các vị trí chính thức, bao gồm cán bộ quản lý hoặc kỹ sư kỹ thuật tại các nhà máy ở Việt Nam.
Based on the assessment of training results and capability measurement after the course, candidates will be assigned to their formal positions, including management officers or technical engineers in Vietnamese factories.
