Cai Mep International Terminal is looking for a local T&D Officer who is responsible to handle various operational activities related to training function in order to ensure that all training activities will be delivered with high quality services.
Working Time:
08:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri)
Working Location
: Terminal at Tan Thanh Province, BRVT
Reporting
: Head of HR
WHAT YOU DO?
• Coordinates and provides orientation to new joiners.
• Delivers training to staffs & internal trainers according to training assignment.
• Organizes and administers training courses with required standards in training policy & procedure.
• Co-works with instructors & technical staffs to design training materials for in-house program, support Equipment training.
• Ensures that all training materials & data are recorded properly.
• Conducts training need analysis for making yearly training plan.
• Assist Head of HR in developing & maitaining Learning culture.
• Assists Head of HR in making yearly training & development plan based on business needs and employee development plans
• Assists Head of HR in making training budget based on the training plan and monitor the spending to ensure the budget is well managed.
• Cooperate with departments or training suppliers to ensure that annual training schedule is carried out with effectiveness & efficiency.
• Assists Head of HR in implementation of succession planning program.
• Assists Head of HR in planning, implementation, evaluation of any competency development, talent development program.
• Be in charge in preparing or supporting monthly, quarterly or yearly reports relevant to training function.
• Be in charge in Star/Trainer recognition program, EES report, PDP procedure & follow up accordingly.
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of the service providers for training service, training recording and reporting services.
• Read & update information & knowledge relevant to business to qualify for delivering various training programs.
• Review and make improvement to training related processes and procedures
• Partially support other HR activities
• Carrying out any other tasks as directed by Head of HR
