is looking for a talented and motivated Odoo Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in the Odoo framework and Python, with a passion for learning and adapting to new technologies. You will work on a variety of exciting projects, ranging from manufacturing management systems to AI developments, in a hybrid and flexible work environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and fix bugs, and improve application performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
Develop, test, and maintain software applications using Odoo and Python.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development.
Participate in Agile development processes.

Experience:
2-3 years of professional software development experience.
Programming Languages:
Fluent in Python (mandatory)
Database Management:
Fluent in SQL (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of the Odoo framework (mandatory)
Experience with different databases
Experience with Odoo customization and module development (mandatory)
Design and implementation of Odoo themes and templates (mandatory)
Skills:
Eagerness to learn and quickly adapt to new technologies
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Integration of third-party applications (mandatory)

PREFERRED SKILLS
Understanding of manufacturing processes and concepts
Ability to interpret and analyze data related to manufacturing operations

Knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to MES, such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and cycle time
Familiarity with production workflows, materials planning, and quality control within a manufacturing environment
Experience with SaaS or PaaS solutions
