Mô tả công việc

EHS:
Develop, implement and maintain EHS programs and policies in compliance with legal regulations and RJC standard related to EHS
Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics and ensure accurate documentation
Provide EHS training and support to employees to foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility
Conduct regular EHS audits, inspections, and risk assessment to identify hazards and implement corrective actions
Investigate and report on incidents, accidents, and near-misses and develop strategies to prevent recurrence
LEAN:
Conduct process mapping, value stream analysis, and identify opportunities for waste reduction and efficiency improvement
Propose and implement Lean initiatives to drive continuous improvement in production
Develop Kaizen events, 5S and other Lean activities to engage employees in problem-solving and process improvement. Work closely with various departments to integrate EHS and Lean practices into daily operations
Track and report on the progress of Lean projects and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHS/ Lean software tools.
Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset, with strong organizational and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in EHS, Lean, or continuous improvement roles.
Knowledge of Lean principles, tools, and methodologies (eg: 5S, kaizen,...) and strong understanding of EHS regulations and standards.
Effective written and oral communications (both Vietnamese and English)
