JOB SUMMARY
The Learning and Development Supervisor collaborates with functional teams to implement and evaluate external training programs, manage 360-Degree Feedback and Performance Management, and oversee Onboarding programs. This role ensures compliance with internal and external regulations, maintains L&D procedures, and tracks key metrics to drive continuous improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
- Facilitate feedback sessions and assist in developing actionable improvement plans based on the feedback received.
- Oversee L&D-related procedures to ensure they are up-to-date, efficient, and effective.
- Manage and conduct 360-Degree Feedback programs, facilitating comprehensive performance evaluations from multiple sources.
- Track, analyze, and report key metrics related to learning and development activities, using data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to managers and employees to ensure a thorough understanding and effective implementation of performance management processes.
- Collaborate with functional teams to analyze and implement the functional development program for external training activities, including identifying training needs, designing and delivering training programs, and evaluating training effectiveness. - Deliver performance management training sessions to managers and employees, emphasizing effective performance evaluation techniques and tools.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, and oversee audit activities.
- Manage routine onboarding tasks and continuously seek opportunities to enhance the onboarding experience through feedback and process improvements.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
- Oversee the onboarding program for new hires, ensuring a smooth and effective integration into the organization.
- Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior.
