- Working time: Monday - Friday
- Report to: Leader/ Manager
JOB SUMMARY
Conduct survey to understand the market and analyze business situation of the mall to prepare leasing plan. Look for potential tenants to explore cooperation opportunities. Negotiate and close deal with tenant to fill up vacant lots and complete paper work with other leasing-related tasks.
1. Preparing presentation, looking for potential tenants, set up meetings (20%).
2. Meeting with tenants and negotiate to close deals (20%).
3. Survey catchment area, competitors, retail market (15%).
4. Making Letter of Offer, Tenancy Agreement, reports, etc. (15%).
5. Make analysis of tenants’ business in current malls (15%).
6. Follow up with tenants during fit-out period to assure opening date. Coordinate with related departments to solve tenants ‘problem when needed (15%).
