- In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting legal and compliance efforts under the guidance of our senior lawyer – compliance expert. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in general affairs and compliance roles, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining legal standards and regulations.
Your scope of work:
Legal:
- Review, draft, and manage a wide range of contracts, ensuring they are compliant with legal requirements and company’s interests.
- Collaborate with the senior lawyer to assess legal risks and provide advisory services related to the company’s business operations.
- Handle all licensing matters, including obtaining and renewing licenses for the company.
- Manage international deal contracts, ensuring compliance with global legal standards.
Compliance:
- Develop, review, and update internal governance documents, including policies, procedures, and executive directives, to align with legal requirements and best practices.
- Ensure the company adheres to all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure that all departments are informed about compliance requirements and that policies are consistently implemented across the organization.
Others
: Undertake any other legal/compliance-related tasks as assigned by the Manager to support the organization’s overall success.
