Legal Team Leader

Manage disputes and resolutions, and loss recovery
Build, develop, and manage legal manpower
Provide legal advice and guide other departments to operate according to the advice
Review contracts and manage contract template
Manage the business license and conditions

At least 6 years of legal experience, including 2 years at the managing level
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Experience in the courier or logistics industry is a plus
Experience of working with authorities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Leadership and management experience
Integrity, teamwork spirit, being responsible and able to work under pressure.
Fluent English (Chinese is an advantage)
Vietnamese Bar admission is optional but will be an advantage.
