Logistic Specialist

Be responsible for overseeing the supply chain for Business Unit of Agro, Feed and Vet
, partially on Chemical from the manufacturing stage through to storage and product orders, monitoring supply chain software to track order shipments and investigating lost shipments or late deliveries.
The duties of Logistic Specialist include developing and implementing procurement policies, supervising shipping and warehouse activity, and monitoring supply chains and transportation processes.
• Gain and secure understanding of all logistic aspects of the business.
• Mainly focus on Business Unit of Agro, Feed and Vet, partially on Chemical.
• In charge of all flows from Principals to IMCD, from IMCD to customers (including Export processing zone and On-spot export & import) and between IMCD Vietnam and other IMCD entities (Intercompany business)
• Work with relevant functions to ensure the supply from suppliers to our customers.
• Handling of documentation related to cross-border shipments.
• Troubleshooting and improve logistics processes and procedures (internal & external)
• Manage 3PL to ensure the service level.
• Planning / Inventory Control: Ensure the inventory are under controlled and monitored with the strategy.
• Operational Processes: Support Line manager to ensure all supply chain activities are well controlled with aligned standard procedures in place..
