Logistics Officer

The Logistics Officer (based in Long Hau) is responsible for ensuring efficient and effective deliveries to clients and distributors. This role involved coordinating with various departments, supplies and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
1. Receives and creates customer and distributor orders
- Attends customer calls in a polite and warm way, analyses the customer demand
- Creates the orders received from different channels (phone, email, etc.)
- Ensures a reliable order setting to avoid errors in deliveries or invoices
2. Advises the customers on their orders and deliveries
- Checks order consistency and is familiar with historical data and customer agreements, to avoid unnecessary deliveries and costs
- Informs customers of additional services and fees if required such as express deliveries
- Understands customer needs, proposing to them the best solution to match their requirements.
- Co-ordinates and transfers information to Sales team when required for complex issues

3. Organizes the deliveries to clients and distributors
- Checks customer orders, modifies them when needed and validates them
- Checks remote-monitored installations and trigger deliveries when needed
- Optimizes the trips with a routing tool respecting safety, legal constraints and customer satisfaction
