M&E Engineer

General description:
In charge and supervise the construction and installation of equipment and electricity for the WWTP and FF pump station projects.
Designing:
- Coordinating with consulting to check on design and make appropriate correction proposals for limitations and weaknesses of the drawings.
- Survey at site and make design drawings, BoQ of the mechanical and electrical systems for the repairing or renovation projects.
Organization of construction:
- Instruct contractors to comply with the instructions and working regulations to ensure safety and quality.
- Plan and organize management of installation of M&E systems for projects.
- Build up construction management procedures and appropriate quality acceptance documents as well as comply with regulations on construction quality management of Viet Nam standard.
Supervision:
- Acceptance of prefabricated products, materials, and equipment used for the project.
- Mainly responsible for inspecting and supervising the mechanical and electrical construction process. Coordinate with contractor to make proposed adjustments to handle problems that arise during construction.
- Supervise the construction and installation of equipment and electricity for the WWTP and FF pump station projects.
- Control the entire quality of electrical items on site to ensure the process is carried out in accordance with design and requirements.

Operation & maintenance:
- Make a maintenance plan for the wastewater Pump pits.
