The Technical staff for Nefab Bac Ninh factory will be overall in charge of the maintenance operations which includes of all machines in production, raw material and finished goods warehouse and inventory. In addition, this position will take full accountability of ensuring all facilities are maintained and safety procedures and policies are enforced, to ensure zero accidents and/or injuries and to follow corporate Code of Conduct policy. This position will report to Production manager of Nefab Vietnam.
* MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for management, ensuring all machinery, equipment, and facilities operate smoothly and safety.

2. Advise the Board of Directors on investing and installing machinery and equipment effectively.
Tham mưu cho Ban giám đốc trong việc đầu tư, lắp đặt thêm máy móc thiết bị một cách hiệu quả.
3. Make plans for repairing and maintaining of machinery and equipment monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
Lập kế hoạch sửa chữa, duy tu bảo dưỡng máy móc thiết bị theo tháng, quý, năm
4. Develop technical innovation initiatives to achieve high productivity and efficiency in production.
Phát triển sáng kiến cải tiến kỹ thuật để đạt được năng suất và hiệu quả cao trong sản xuất.
5. Receive and hand over new machines, research, machine operated test, train workers to operate properly.
Tiếp nhận và nhận bàn giao máy mới, nghiên cứu, vận hành thử máy, đào tạo công nhân vận hành đúng quy trình.
6. Prepare an estimate of replacement materials, repair materials and other types of materials according to minimum inventory norms.
Lập bảng dự trù vật tư thay thế, vật tư sữa chữa và các loại vật tư theo định mức tồn kho tối thiểu.
7.Research and manufacture replacement parts and convert machinery and equipment to suit the production situation.
Nghiên cứu, chế tạo ra các chi tiết thay thế, hoán cải máy móc, thiết bị cho phù hợp với tình hình sản xuất.
8. Manage records of equipment, machinery, tools and repair tools according to procedures and standards. Set up checksheet, operating instructions for equipment management.
Quản lý hồ sơ thiết bị máy móc, công cụ dụng cụ sửa chữa theo đúng quy trình và tiêu chuẩn . Thiết lập checksheet , hướng dẫn vận hành quản lý thiết bị
9. Update and monitor related indicators such as times of machine stops, machine repair waiting time, OEE...
Cập nhật và theo dõi các chỉ số liên quan như số lần dừng máy , thời gian chờ sửa máy , OEE …
10. Field management of items related to Environment, Fire Prevention, and Safety for the entire factory.
Quản lý hiện trường các hạng mục liên quan Môi trường , PCCC, An toàn cho toàn nhà máy

- Careful and can work under pressure.
Cẩn trọng và chịu được áp lực công việc
- Understanding of the packaging industry, such as table saws and hydraulic presses machines will be a plus.
Hiểu biết về các máy trong ngành bao bì ví dụ máy cưa bàn , máy ép thủy lực , máy dập và cắt định hình profile , máy đùn nhựa , máy ép nhựa …
- Can use Autocad, read and understand electrical and mechanical drawings
Sử dụng được Autocad , đọc hiểu các bản vẽ điện và cơ khí
- Being able to work shifts and living in the Bac Ninh area is an advantage
Có khả năng đi làm ca , sinh sống ở khu vực Bắc Ninh là một lợi thế
- English communication and be able to read technical documents in English are a plus.
Có khả năng giao tiếp hoặc đọc các tài liệu tiếng anh liên quan đến máy móc là một lợi thế
