Maintenance & HSE Leader

Founded in 2023 and fully owned by the Group, a Sealing production plant<ins> was strategically located at the Ho Nai Industrial Park, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province, in Vietnam. We are seeking a skilled and capable Maintenance & HSE Leader to join our team in Vietnam.
YOUR MISSION
• Liaise with the Production Manager/Technical Director in equipment operation, monitoring, processing controlling process and training
• Make plan and perform routine equipment maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and make on-site repairs when needed to ensure that machinery, systems, infrastructure, and equipment run optimally with minimal downtime and
• Participate as leader/member of the team when the company/terminal runs new projects, or new processes.
• Ensure the health, safety, and environmental compliance of all operations within the workplace or project site
• Oversee the implementation and enforcement of HSE policies, procedures, and regulations, conducting safety audits and inspections, investigating incidents, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Work closely with all team members and management including HR, Production, and Maintenance, to foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintenance
• Take care of the maintenance task to all the facilities system at APVN Factory
• Plan and carry out the Repair, Preventive maintenance (Urgent, Period) for all systems and equipment to ensure all critical systems have not interrupted or shut down
• Manage inventories e.g., spare part, order (PR) for repairing, replacements as required.
• Budget planning, estimation and control relating to maintenance by proposal request (PR) to OM for approval/supporting (next step).
• Providing technical advice within delegated authority. Supply all requirements about specification, standard, new requirements necessary.
• Training to Operator the machine’s operation, new process, and basic maintenance in collaboration with Production Manager
• Monitor the process, testing, managing the contractor, training, and supervising contractors when they work at APVN Factory
• Monitor and control Document process (procedure, work instruction, drawing, form...), update or revise if any changes.
• Prepare and submit periodically performance reports (e.g., system, consumable, cost of maintenance) to the Production Manager and senior management.
• Suggest improvements to operation and maintenance procedure and service suppliers
• Carrying out corrective procedures and repairs in line with processes and maintenance protocols.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by Board of Management Team
HSE
• Team collaboration with HR, Production, and Maintenance, to ensure that safety and environmental standards are met in the workplace.
• Develop, implement, and enforce workplace EHS procedures & documentation, including safety protocols for equipment, chemicals, waste management, and emergency response. Ensure all operations and procedures comply and keep updated with local and international regulations
• Monitor, implement, drills, audit/review meetings, inspection visits and report to prevent accidents, injuries, or environmental harm, coordinate with other departments in implementation if necessary
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential health, safety, and environmental hazards. Provide recommendations for improvements and corrective actions to mitigate identified risks.
• Be in charge of other HSE-related work as required.
• Firefighting:
- Check fire-fighting equipment, prepare Fire-fighting drill document and list of equipment and Maintain inspection periodic for Fire-fighting equipment
- Checking and report about fire-fighting status for government.
• Environment Certificate:
- Liaise with service provider and follow the environment permit
- Be in charge of operation and maintenance of wastewater treatment and emission treatment
- Prepare monthly report for wastewater treatment and emission treatment

You are working in our factory in Ho Nai 3 Industrial Zone (with daily transfer from/to Ho Chi Minh City).
