Mô tả công việc
1.Support TPM program: AM pillar, PM pillar and handle assign improvement projects: EAM,
OEE, VE/GK which enhance PM system
2.Make sure all production machines run smoothly and control KPIs related to department
target (MTTR, MTTF, Downtime rate)
3.Conduct proper pro-active maintenance, lead troubleshooting in cooperation with other
teams
4.Conduct proper plan and action of preventive maintenance and Change Over
5.Ensure new machines & NPD fixture set-up, buyoff & hand-over successfully
6.Support for Machines, equipment, and assets management
7.Ensure machine, tool & fixture improvement through Kaizen activities
8. Support management in planning & implementing layout/ production technology & strategy
9. Prepare reports, machine documentation, and provide full training to technician team
