• The Manager Agency planning role will be primarily responsible for assisting Head of Distribution planning with all aspects related to sales planning for Agency Channel.
• He/She will undertake assignments / projects related but not limited to sales, sales compensation, sales incentives / contests, trips, competition benchmarking. He/She will be responsible for contributing in as and when required and will be responsible for delivering projects on time and on budget.
The Manager Agency Planning is responsible for planning and execution of agency business strategies based on data analysis and market experiences. The Planning Manager will play a lead role in developing and implementing comprehensive, long-term strategic plans, building proposal to achieve Agency KPIs based on acquired data and establishing metrics for evaluating results

Principal Responsibilities:
• Sales planning & reporting
- Develop sales strategy and initiatives, prepare Distribution Business plan and get approved from Head of Distribution Planning.
- Proposal business KPIs, KRI to monitor quality and quantity sales (Agency Channel).
- Track/report the sales progress periodically (BP, Projection, annually/ quarterly/monthly/weekly etc.), make in sign and highlight point to Head of Distribution planning.
- Manage all data related with sales (collect, store, clean, etc.)
- Ensure sales/incentive compensation programs support sales strategic objectives and comply with internal compliance requirements,
- Manage and tracking Distribution budget (Agency channel) as approved.
- Document, recommend & ensure effective sales compensation process controls.
- Report and communicate with relevant teams and regional teams
- Collect, analyse and evaluate market emulation policy information.
• Compensation Planning
- Jointly lead the completion of major compensation projects, sales compensation & plan redesign, competitive market research, survey management, job classification reviews, and implementation of new compensation tools and systems/platforms for Agency channel
- Contribute to the design and implementation of all aspects of sales/incentive, trips and contests, compensation planning, design & administration focused on the agency channels,
- Provide creativity on compensation initiatives and interactions with senior management- Jointly Manage competitive compensation practices that support the business,
- Design, develop and manage the distribution recognition programs (quarterly and annual CEO awards) for Agency Channel.
• Campaign/ Contest management
- Design and Launch of all schemes / contests /compensation and policy monthly, quarterly, yearly and ad hoc.
- Quarterly review Sales contest assessment
• Sales Quality Monitoring
- Monitor the quality of the business and maintain the portfolio in coordination with CAO and CBO
- Provide data analyst, KRI, Risk management to CBO, CAO to manage and improve result.
• Cross functional tasks:
Be the contact point to work closely with other functions in all matters related to sales policies and sales force support and enablement and other projects like renewal collection, maturity retention.
