Job Purpose
- The job holder manages, operating and supervising activities related to general office services at the HeadOffice building, according to assigned functions and duties), complying with the Bank's regulations to ensureservice quality as committed
Key Accountabilities
a. Mission:
- Develop policies, regulations, processes and professional guidelines related to Building Operations Manager
- Manage resources, ensure to maintain adequate and quality resources.
- Urge, inspecting and supervising functional departments, individuals in the unit and relevantcontractors/specialist units to fully perform their duties and responsibilities in accordance with regulations.
- Developing and implementing the operation plan of the Building Operations Manager in line with the operationorientation of the Division/Bank's Leaders.
- Building and managing and using effectively the building management and operation budget, the sharedbudget assigned to manage according to the annual operation plan, according to the approved limit.
- Evaluate the quality and performance results of departments and individuals in the unit.
b. Responsibilities:
- Act as the focal point of Building Operations Manager/ Internal Service's cultural management, responsible tothe Bank's Board of Directors, relevant agencies for the management and operation of the assigned Building.
- Performing internal and external affairs (working within Techcombank, its subsidiaries/affiliated companies andrelated agencies within the scope of management and operation of the Building).
- Ensure the activities of Building Operations Manager in compliance with policies, processes, regulations,internal guidelines,... and service quality commitments (SLAs).
- Identify risks of the unit through the operation process, coordinate with related units to develop methods of riskmeasurement, assessment and mitigation.
- Manage and supervise the service quality in the operation of the Contractor's Building.
c. Authority:
- Sign administrative documents and approve the contents of activities according to the functions and tasks ofthe unit based on the decentralization and authorization of the Board of Directors, CEO and Head of Director.
- Proposing to the Board of Directors issues to: Meet the necessary resources to ensure the unit operates inaccordance with the set objectives; Adjust the assigned strategies/objectives and plans to match the efficiencyand actual work of each period
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
- Attract, onboard and retain the right talents for a high- performing team
- Communicate team and individual KRAs/ KPIs, goals, action plan, expectations and results to team members
- Manage team performance & provide feedback regularly (following the annual performance managementcycle);
- Enable team member’s professional and personal development through capability assessment, training,coaching & feedback, etc.
- Motivate and recognize team members’ contributions towards the team’s shared goals
- Responsible for developing talents within the team
- Act as a role model and promote corporate culture at sub- function level
- Understand & communicate relevant HR offerings to team members.
