is looking for a new team member to join our team as a full-time position located in Bac Ninh province.
This position is responsible for, but not limited to, involves managing the manufacturing process from start to finish, from developing processes and tools to training staff and evaluating products. The goal is to maintain quality, productivity, and efficiency while ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to
* Develop and design manufacturing processes for plating and coating of products, including the design and development of tools, fixtures, and processes.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deploy design changes.
* Develop manufacturing processes, tools, and fixtures.
* Improve production process through tooling, fixture design, and automation.
* Create manufacturing work instructions and process documents.
* Perform equipment verification and validation and process IQC/OQC/PQC.
* Estimate production lead times, staffing, and related costs.
* Train and supervise production staff.
* Interface with vendors to evaluate products and source materials.
